Shipping & Returns

We are the local UPS/Fedex shipper and thus you will likely get your package via UPS.  Small packages will arrive via U.S. Postal Service, as well as anything outside the contiguous 48 states will be shipped by the Postal Service.

We charge the actual shipping fee plus $2.50 for handling.  Your confirmation email will provide you with your tracking number and any special information you might need.  If you have a company preference please let us know.  If you have a shipper number for UPS and wish it charged there please provide in the comments section of the order.

All the framed pictures are either without glazing or have acrylic and will not break and damage the item and are lighter, thus cutting down on shipping costs.

Returns - - - -

Merchandise may be returned with approval within 30 days of purchase (except the Jerky, which is not allowed by law).  Any return after thirty days will be for credit only and will expire within one year of credit date.  All of Jana's jewelry has her lifetime guarantee for repair at no cost to the purchaser.  After her lifetime you're on your own.  Shipping fees to Jana are the responsibility of the customer, however, no prior approval is required.  Simply put the item in a box, safely wrapped, and send it to the Post Office Box noted on the contact page.  Please include your e-mail address inside the box.  I'll acknowledge receipt and return to you at no cost upon completion, with my thanks for being a valued customer.
