By using this website to purchase items offered, you are certifying you are over the age of 18, an authorized user of the credit card presented and understand and have read the returns policy as stated.

All sales are cash and carry.  Your credit card will not be charged until ready to ship.  Items that require special processing will be acknowledged by email and you will be informed of a ship date in excess of the 48 hours as defined in the shipping policies.

Any purchaser who attempts to use this site and its merchandise for any "charge-back" scam will be banned, at the discretion of the owners,  from future use.  All sales of consumables are final - no returns or refunds by law.

Custom jewelry orders are not refundable unless resold at Gallery Escalante, subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Any custom jewelry order that has the customers name engraved on it in beads is not returnable.  (Sorry, there is just no resale market for those kinds of products).

When you purchase photography and artwork you are acknowledging the copyright ownership of the original artist and agree to honor that all rights for reproduction are reserved by the artist.  Licensed use is negotiable on all artwork.  Please use the contact page if you would like to purchase those rights for special uses.
